Generally speaking, we "go above and beyond the call of duty" as a matter of course in all our work, from the design stage through to completion. We combine our expertise, experience and craftsmanship to ensure that each project is a success.

Thoughtful design, good communication, and strict attention to detail are our strongest points. We believe in performing our work the old-fashioned way, utilizing traditional methods and tools to maintain the historic nature of our restoration projects, combined with modern methods where necessary to maintain production.

We conduct business in a mature, friendly and fair manner, and treat our customers and their projects with great care and concern. We protect our customers’ homes, property and furnishings. We keep our appointments, arrive on time, and respect our customers’ schedules. We organize and perform our work neatly, efficiently and intelligently. We are pleasant, clean and trust-worthy in the home. Basically, we always treat our customers, subcontractors, and suppliers the way we wish to be treated, with respect.

As a result of these policies, we have made close friends and built strong personal relationships with many of our customers and their families over the years. Our respectability has also created a large referral base, as we have never advertised commercially, and instead receive all our recommendations from previous customers.
