We provide a full range of general contracting services by our own talented staff, and have established solid relationships with many trusted and proven sub-contractors, all of who meet our exacting standards to ensure a job well done. The owner, Jeffrey Saporito, personally performs most of the detail design work, layout, customer liaison, and direct supervision, as well as a large portion of the advanced craft work, particularly with kitchens, baths, woodworking, and restoration. In addition, several associate licensed architects provide plans, permits, and engineering for larger projects filed with the building department.
We are familiar with or experienced in all areas of residential construction management, such as uniform building codes, engineering principles, architectural standards, material specifications, proper plumbing and electrical methods, codes and requirements, HVAC methods, radiant-in-floor heating, various automation systems, structural design and rehabilitation, energy conservation, soil mechanics, site development and landscaping, paint and coatings technology, advanced kitchen, bath, and interior design, and a working knowledge of all other sub-trades.
We maintain a fully equipped woodworking and machine shop to support the business and to provide broad capabilities in historic restorations and custom projects. A large inventory of new, antique and salvaged house parts, dimensional lumber, hardware, and manufacturers’ samples are kept on the premises. Our office is well stocked with up-to-date manufacturers’ catalogs and brochures.
We operate several fully equipped trucks and trailers so that everything we need is readily available at the jobsite. With these extensive resources, we are very capable of almost any challenging and intricate project, and we can make, repair, or build virtually anything in and for the home.
